Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings and clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

You will be billed at the beginning of your billing cycle. Your first bill will be at the time of purchase, and subsequent bills will be at the beginning of each billing cycle.

To get started, simply choose a plan that best suits your needs and click on the "Get Started" button. You will be redirected to our payment page where you can complete your purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, you will have full access to all the features of your chosen plan.

We support a variety of formats, including PNG, Markdown, PDF, SVG, Excel and more. You can export your mind maps in any of these formats by clicking on the "Export" button in the top right corner of the editor.
